From the local fruits, strictly natural, the 9 jams and marmalades of sweet and bitter orange, bergamot, pink grapefruit, lemon, tangerine, cedar, fig and quince.

The sweets and desserts corner offers the guest a generous choice of butter croissants, sponge cakes, fruit tarts, brownies, biscuits with ricotta cheese, and spoon desserts like caramel crème or fresh ice cream – all of our own production.
