Our bread
The fragrant and mild Gargnano olive oil, the naturally leavened mother’s yeast, sesame, poppy and sunflower seeds, and selected whole wheat flours – these are the ingredients of the breads we bake every morning, just in time for your breakfast and Fresh & Light lunch.
Our jams
From the local fruits, strictly organic, the 7 jams and marmalades of sweet and bitter orange, bergamot, pink grapefruit, lemon, tangerine, cedar, fig and quince.
The Sweet Corner
The sweets and desserts corner offers the guest a generous choice of butter croissants, sponge cakes, fruit tarts, brownies, biscuits with ricotta cheese, and spoon desserts like caramel crème or fresh ice cream – all of our own production.
Organic Vegetable Patch
Fresh herbs and vegetables, collected every morning by our gardener and served during the slow breakfast, as healthy afternoon snacks, or Fresh & Light restaurant service.

The hotel’s coffee bar is open throughout the day, from 8am to 11pm.
